In-person, one-on-one training delivered in a variety of formats and topics.
Hot Wash provides individualized training and support to first responders. One-on-one training can take many forms and cover an assortment of topics, including but not limited to, the following:
• Peer educator development
• Resiliency training—Warrior’s Path
• Health and wellness development
• Crisis recognition management
• Suicide prevention and stress management/reduction
• Goal setting and mentoring
• 12 Step AA classes are held on Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m. at the Wellstone Center, 179 Robie Street East, Room 273, St. Paul, MN 55107
